We know how exciting it is to get moving with your new ride — so when you see an item marked “In Stock” on our website, we’ll do everything we can to get it out the door the very next business day.

What This Means for You

If you place your order on a business day before 2:00 PM AEST, and the item is listed as in stock, we’ll aim to ship it on the next business day from our Sydney dispatch hub.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

However, please understand that unexpected events (like courier delays, extreme weather, or system outages) can occasionally get in the way. In such cases:

  • We do not offer compensation or liability for delays beyond our control.
  • This policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
