At E-Motion Warehouse, we want your new ride to reach you smoothly and stress-free. That’s why we keep you updated every step of the way — from dispatch to delivery — with real-time tracking, SMS/email alerts, and flexible options if you won’t be home.


🔍 How to Track

  • As soon as your order leaves our Sydney HQ, we’ll send you a tracking link by email/SMS.

  • That link opens your live order status, updated in real time.

  • If you have a Shippit tracking ID (usually starting with PP…), you can also enter it directly on their tracking page.

  • Can’t find your link? Reach out to us and we’ll resend it straight away.


📡 Live Updates You’ll Receive

  • Dynamic ETA that updates as your parcel moves.

  • Email & SMS alerts — no need to keep refreshing a page.

  • All details in one place from pickup to delivery.

  • Optional Apple Wallet pass for easy access (where supported).


🚪 Not Home? Authority to Leave

You can choose Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout or, in many cases, via your tracking page. This allows the driver to leave your e-bike or accessory in a safe place without a signature, helping ensure delivery on the first attempt.

Note: Some parcels may not be eligible for ATL due to size, value, or carrier rules. If in doubt, our team will support you with the best option.


📦 Common Tracking Statuses

  • Booked / Ready for pickup – your order has been labelled and is waiting for carrier collection.

  • In transit / With driver – on the move or out for delivery.

  • Delivered – completed (check your safe place if ATL was selected).

đź§­ Typical Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro areas: fast courier delivery.

  • Regional & remote areas: allow extra time, but your live ETA will keep updating along the way.


🧰 If Something Doesn’t Look Right

  • Status hasn’t changed? It’s common for parcels not to scan at every stop — your ETA will give the best guidance.

  • Delay, address issue, or delivery attempt failed? Reply to your tracking email/SMS so the driver gets updated instructions.

  • Damaged or missing items? Contact us directly — we’ll manage the investigation and claim on your behalf.
