Refund Policy  E-Motion Warehouse

At E-Motion Warehouse, your satisfaction matters to us. If you change your mind about a purchase, we’re here to help make the return process clear and fair.

If you’d like to request a return, please get in touch with us via our Contact Form within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll walk you through the next steps and help arrange the return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

  • Be unopened and unused

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Be in its original packaging, with all included accessories

  • Be undamaged, so it’s in resaleable, brand new condition

Please note: returns cannot be sent directly to the manufacturer. And don’t forget to include a receipt or proof of purchase—this helps us process your return as smoothly as possible.


📦 How to Return an Item

To begin the return process:

  1. Reach out to us first via the Contact Form to request a return address.

  2. Once your item has been received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve got it and let you know if the return has been approved or declined.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g. credit card or PayPal) within a few business days.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.

  • For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service or adding shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your item otherwise.
