Our Service Department is now open to all e-scooter and e-bike riders—whether you purchased from us or another retailer.
We’ve got a friendly, skilled team of technicians and mechanics who’ve worked on everything from high-performance EVs to daily commuter scooters. With years of experience and thousands of repairs under our belt, we’ve built one of the most reliable repair networks in the country.

Can We Service All Models?
We’ll always do our best to help, but there are some models we’re unable to work on—especially:

Non-branded e-rides purchased from marketplace platforms like eBay, Alibaba, or Wish
💰 Service Costs
E-Motion Warehouse services are split into two parts:
1. Initial Inspection – $95 + GST (Flat Rate)
Our technicians will run diagnostics and prepare a quote for any repairs needed to get your ride running again. You can choose which repairs to proceed with—or decide not to proceed and simply settle the inspection fee.
2. Repairs – $150 per hour + parts
If you give us the green light, we’ll order any required parts and get to work. If anything changes, we’ll let you know before proceeding—so there are no surprises at pickup.
Once everything’s complete, you’ll receive your invoice. Once payment is settled, you can collect your repaired ride.
⏱ How Long Does a Service Take?
Repair time can vary based on a few key things:

Complexity of the job
A tyre change is quick. A motor replacement? Not so much. We’ll let you know up front if it’s expected to take longer. -
Availability of parts
For rarer models or older rides, we might need to source parts externally or from overseas—which can take extra time. -
Make and model
We keep a strong stock of parts for brands we carry. For other brands, we may need to contact distributors for components.
As a guide, most repairs take less than a week for stocked brands, but may take longer for others. We’ll always keep you informed.
🚚 Getting Your Ride to Us
You’ve got two options:
1. Drop it off in person
Bring your e-bike or e-scooter to our Sydney service centre. We’ll let you know once it’s ready for pickup.
2. Post it to us
If you can’t visit in person, you’re welcome to courier your ride to us. Please ensure it’s securely packaged, as damage in transit isn’t covered by warranty or insurance. Return shipping is at your expense.
🔧 Do We Handle Warranty Repairs?
We can only carry out warranty repairs for products purchased directly from E-Motion Warehouse. If your e-scooter or e-bike was bought elsewhere or second-hand, we’re unable to offer warranty work—but we’re still happy to help as a paid repair.
🔁 Are Repairs Covered by Warranty?
Yes. Any replacement parts used in your repair are covered by a 3-month warranty, starting from the date your job is completed. This covers part defects (excluding misuse or accidental damage).
📦 Do We Sell Spare Parts?
At this time, we only supply parts as part of our repair service. We do not sell or ship parts individually.
